Leadership and Professional Development
We provide a variety of services based on our clients’ needs to support the development of more effective leaders. Our support can include:
- Individualized Feedback based on our psychological evaluations during a formal assessment program
- Continuing Developmental Feedback as individuals progress in their careers

Regardless of the actual program, SPA is focused on providing tailored feedback to meet the needs of our client and their leaders.
For our military clients, we provide feedback and support designed to help service members become the type of leaders needed in today’s military. To accomplish this effort, SPA has a strong cadre of psychologists who are also extremely experienced military officers many of whom have provided staff support up to the Major Command level. Several SPA psychologists have served in command. We have experience providing psychological feedback to soldiers from the junior NCO level to the Colonel level, all with the purpose of helping those individuals develop as effective leaders. We have provided this support to the Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, Special Forces Groups, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, as well as Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations soldiers in training at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
For our corporate clients, while we use the military experience and background of our senior cadre, we then create a program of individual development that is grounded in the culture and experience of the client. Each program is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the businesses we support.
